Overview

This website is operated by AVIRA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as KINU ("KINU", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, these terms refer to that entity.

By visiting usekinu.com, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any policies referenced here — our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to purchase from KINU. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

2. Products and Availability

KINU sells personal care and bath products, currently our Japanese-style exfoliating shower towel.

  • Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or modified at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason.

Product images: We work to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display renders colors exactly. Slight variation between the images on the site and the physical product is normal and is not grounds for a defect claim.

3. Product Use and Safety

Our exfoliating towel is intended for external use on healthy skin during bathing.

  • Discontinue use if you experience irritation, redness, or discomfort.
  • Do not use on broken, irritated, sunburned, or recently shaved skin, or over open wounds.
  • If you have a skin condition or are undergoing dermatological treatment, consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Keep out of reach of small children.
  • Rinse and hang to dry after each use. Do not share the towel between individuals.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
  • Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order was confirmed and charged.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, or that is placed by a reseller or distributor without our authorization.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes

  • Promotional offers, including our Buy 2, Get 1 Free bundle, are valid only for the period stated and while supplies last.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless we explicitly say so.
  • Codes are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders where a discount code was obtained or used improperly.

6. Accuracy of Site Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and current, but content may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. Any dated content reflects the site as of that date only; we are under no obligation to update it.

All content on usekinu.com — including the KINU name and logo, text, product photography, graphics, video, page design, and code — is owned by AVIRA LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. User Submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, photos, suggestions, or other materials — whether requested by us or not — you grant KINU a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in any medium, including marketing.

You represent that any material you submit is your own, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and contains no unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content. We are under no obligation to publish, maintain, or respond to any submission, and may remove content at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version to this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
